What We Collect
When you use InboxVerdict, we may collect: the email text or screenshot you submit for analysis, your email address if you choose to subscribe to our free tips newsletter, and, where analytics is enabled, basic usage data such as pages visited and time on site.
What We Do NOT Store In Your Analysis Record
We do not save the email text you submit in your analysis record. Uploaded screenshots are stored on our platform's file storage so they can be analyzed, and may remain on that storage because we do not currently have a tool to delete them from storage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not require you to create an account.
How We Use Your Data
We use submitted email text and screenshots only to generate your forensic analysis in real time. If you subscribe, newsletter emails are used to send you periodic phishing awareness tips. When enabled, analytics data helps us improve the site.
